Dear James Monroe Students and Families,

It is our pleasure to welcome you to James Monroe Middle School . The faculty and staff join in saying we're happy to have you as a part of the Tiger family. We know this will be a successful and satisfying year for you. We are excited about the 2007 - 2008 school year.

Students, our goal is to create a positive educational atmosphere of learning where rules are enforced firmly, fairly, and consistently. You can benefit from everything James Monroe Middle School has to offer by being actively involved in your classes and the various programs offered. If you encounter difficulties, seek out any of our trained professionals. We are here to make your school years as successful, yet educationally challenging, as possible. We welcome the opportunity to help you as you proceed through your middle school career.

Families, we welcome your participation and support during the school year. The most successful students have involved and informed parents. Working together, we will be able to reach our collective and individual goals. We look forward to celebrating with you the achievements of all our students.
