School Hours

School hours are from 7:25 a.m. until 2:20 p.m. each day. Students should NOT arrive earlier than 7:05 a.m. or remain on the campus later than 2:35 p.m. unless they are participating in a supervised activity. Supervision will not be provided for students who arrive before 7:05 a.m. or remain later than 2:35 p.m. These procedures are designed for the safety and well-being of your children.

Parents are urged to make arrangements in advance for such an emergency that would involve their children.

Minimum Day		CLOSING OF SCHOOL
Warning Bell	7:20	The radio stations KSSI 102.7 FM and KLOA 1240 AM will carry all school closing announcements due to inclement weather or other emergencies by 6:30 a.m. when possible. When it becomes necessary to dismiss during the regular school day, announcements will be made at once via radio. Closings will also be listed as soon as possible on the district web site at www.ssusd.org
